As it gets cooler we tend to get more restricted in our movements; thus, muscles become tighter, increasing the risk of injuries. Therefore, it is vital to stretch all our muscle groups within our daily routine. It is important to move into slight stretch and hold up to 60 seconds. The gentler the stretch and the longer the hold, the better.
